Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of theagentics.net and your participation in workshops, trainings, events and other programs of The Agentics (together, the “Services”). The Agentics is operated by GS One Inc. (“GS One”, “we”, “us”), with address at Unit 202 Guerdon Commercial Center, Rainbow corner Katipunan St., Brgy. Concepcion Dos, Marikina City, Philippines. By using the website or joining a session, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to reserve a seat or submit an inquiry. You agree that the information you provide is true, accurate and your own.

2. Reservations and attendance

• A reservation holds a seat for the named session only and is not transferable unless we agree in writing.
• Seats are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis. We may decline or cancel a reservation that is duplicated, incomplete or made in bad faith.
• Unless a session page states a fee, public community sessions are free. Fees, payment and refund terms for paid or company trainings are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
• We may change a session’s date, time, venue, facilitator or format, or cancel it, and will notify registered participants as early as we can using the contact details you provided.
• If you can no longer attend, please email us so we can offer your seat to someone else.

3. Conduct

We want every session to be welcoming and useful. When using the Services, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against or disrupt other participants, facilitators or staff;
• share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringes others’ rights;
• use what you learn to build tools intended to deceive, defraud, surveil or harm others;
• attempt to access our systems without authorization, interfere with the website, or submit spam or automated requests.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules from a session or the community.

4. Recordings and photos

Sessions may be photographed or recorded for learning materials and community updates. We will tell you at the start when this happens. If you prefer not to appear, turn off your camera for online sessions or tell a facilitator at in-person sessions, and we will take reasonable steps to leave you out.

5. Intellectual property

The website, the names “The Agentics” and its chevron logo, and all slides, recordings, code samples, guides and other materials we provide are owned by GS One or its licensors and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and other laws. You may use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or use them to run your own trainings without our written permission.

Projects you build during a session belong to you. If you share your work with us or the community, you allow us to show it in recaps and updates, with credit, unless you tell us otherwise.

6. Educational purpose and AI outputs

Our Services are for education. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete or biased results, and the examples we show may not suit your situation. Nothing in the Services is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you build and for how you use AI tools, including following those tools’ own terms and applicable laws.

7. Third-party tools and links

Sessions may use third-party software, platforms and AI services, and the website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GS One makes no warranties, express or implied, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, GS One, its directors, employees and facilitators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service that gave rise to the claim, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GS One harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Marikina City, to the exclusion of all other venues.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
